TRADING RULES

  1. Definitions and Terms
    1. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is an independent state institution that has the functions, duties, and authority to regulate, supervise, examine, and investigate as referred to in the Law on the Financial Services Authority.
    2. The organizer of a Digital Financial Asset Exchange, including Crypto Assets, hereinafter referred to as the Market, is a business entity that organizes and provides systems and/or facilities to facilitate activities related to trading Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets, and/or provides reports on Digital Financial Asset trading.
    3. Members of the Digital Financial Asset Exchange, subsequently referred to as Exchange Members, are traders of digital financial assets who have obtained permission from the Financial Services Authority and have the right to use the systems and/or facilities facilitated by the Exchange in accordance with the Exchange's rules and regulations.
    4. The Clearing, Guarantee, and Settlement Institution for Digital Financial Asset Trading, including Crypto Assets, hereinafter referred to as the Clearing, Guarantee, and Settlement Institution, is a business entity that provides services for the settlement of Digital Financial Asset trading transactions and guarantees the settlement of Digital
    5. Financial Asset trading transactions.
      Institution for Digital Financial Asset Trading, hereinafter referred to as Clearing Members, are Exchange Members who have obtained rights from the Clearing, Guarantee, and
    6. Settlement Institution to receive services for the settlement of Digital Financial Asset trading transactions and guarantees for the settlement of Digital Financial Asset trading transactions.
    7. Digital Financial Asset Storage Managers, including Crypto Asset Storage Managers, hereinafter referred to as Storage Managers, are business entities that have obtained a business license from the Financial Services Authority to manage Digital Financial Asset storage facilities for the purpose of storing, maintaining, supervising, and/or transferring Digital Financial Assets.
    8. Digital Financial Asset Traders, hereinafter referred to as Traders, are business entities that trade Digital Financial Assets, either on their own behalf and/or on behalf of consumers.
      Customer  refers to any individual utilizing products and/or services provided by the Trader.
    9. Digital Financial Asset Market refers to trading activities conducted electronically.
    10. Digital Financial Asset refers to financial assets stored or represented digitally, including crypto assets.
    11. Crypto Asset refers to a digital representation of value that can be stored and transferred using distributed ledger technology such as blockchain.
    12. Crypto Asset List refers to crypto assets approved by the Exchange for trading.
    13. Coin refers to a crypto asset with its own blockchain.
    14. Token refers to a crypto asset derived from a coin.
    15. Wallet refers to a medium used to store crypto assets.
    16. Force Majeure refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of PT Aset Kripto Internasional.

Proses Pendaftaran Konsumen Aset Kripto

  1. Consumers must fill out the registration form provided on the PT Aset Kripto Internasional platform with accurate data.
  2. Consumers are required to undergo an identity verification process or Know Your Customer (KYC) in accordance with regulations.
  3. After successful verification, the consumer's account will be active, and the consumer can begin transactions.

Guide to registering as a BTSE Indonesia consumer


This feature makes it easy for users to register as BTSE Indonesia consumers. Here are the steps you need to take to register as a BTSE Indonesia consumer: 

  1. Open your browser (Safari/Chrome/Firefox, etc.), enter the url : https://btse.id
  2. On the main page, click the Start menu in the top right navigation bar.
  3. A Create Your Account form will appear.
  4. Enter your email address, phone number, password, password confirmation, referral ID (if any), check the Captcha code, and check Agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. You are expected to read the terms and conditions provided by PT Aset Kripto Internasional.
  6. When filling out the form, please be careful. Once you have completed it, click Register.
  7. You will then be redirected to the Verification Code page, where a verification code will be sent to the phone number you registered via the WhatsApp application. If you do not have WhatsApp, you can resend the OTP via SMS.
  8. This step is OTP verification. Enter the OTP code and click Continue.
  9. When the OTP is successful, a pop-up will appear stating that registration was successful. You will also be sent an email to the address you registered to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, you can click the Resend button.
  10. Open the email, then click the link provided to activate your account.
  11. You will then be redirected to your browser. Click Done to continue logging in.
  12. Once completed, you will also receive an email confirming that your registration was successful.

Guide to registering Google Authenticator

Google Authenticator is software provided by Google to perform two-step verification (2FA) based on OTP (one-time password). Google Authenticator is available for mobile platforms (Android and iOS) and PCs. You must first install it on the device you are using.


After you have successfully registered with BTSE Indonesia, you will be directed to register with Google Authenticator. You can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Login page. Enter the email and password you registered with.
  2. Check the Captcha and click the Login button.
  3. Download the Google Authenticator app and install it on your device. Then click the Next button.
  4. A QR code will appear to be registered with Google Authenticator.
  5. Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.
  6. Then select the + sign at the bottom right to add a new code.
  7. Select Scan a QR Code and point it at the QR Code in step 4. If you have problems with your device's camera, you can select the Enter a setup key option and follow the process in step 11.
  8. Make sure your BTSE Indonesia account has successfully appeared in the Google Authenticator app. Then click the Next Step button.
  9. Next, a Backup Recovery Code will appear, which you must save. This code is used to recover Google Authenticator if you lose your device.
  10. Click the Next Step button to activate Google Authenticator.
  11. Enter your account password in the Password field and enter the code (numbers) currently displayed in your Google Authenticator app.
  12. Then click the Enable Google Authentication button.
  13. If successful, a notification will appear stating that Google Authenticator is active and you will be taken to the BTSE Indonesia main page.
  14. If there is a problem with your device's camera, you can select the Enter a setup key option.
  15. On the QR Code page in step 4, click the ‘View secret key’ button.
  16. A code will appear to be entered into Google Authenticator.
  17. Enter your account name in the Account field and enter the code obtained earlier in the Key field. Then click the Add button.

Guide to Logging In to the BTSE Indonesia Website

Here's how to log in to the BTSE Indonesia web-based application

 

  1. Open your browser (Safari/Chrome/Firefox, etc.), enter the url : https://btse.id
  2. Select “Login” located in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your Email and Password, and check the Captcha. Then click “Login.”
  4. After processing, you will be redirected to the Verification Code page, where the verification code uses the Google Authentication OTP that you have registered.
  5. This step is OTP verification. Enter the OTP code from Google Authenticator, then click “Send.”

Guide to performing KYC

The KYC page can be accessed via the profile page https://btse.id/account. Click ‘Submit Verification Documents’.


Then, fill in your personal data correctly according to your ID card. You also need to upload files in the form of a photo of the front and back of your ID card, a photo of yourself with your ID card and a note, along with a liveness check video.


Once you have completed the entire form, click the Submit button. If the KYC verification process is approved, your profile will be upgraded to Level 3. If the KYC verification process is rejected, you will need to review the data you submitted and resubmit the data correctly. If you encounter any issues during the KYC process, you can contact us via the Help feature or by emailing our customer service team. 


Statements and Warranties

  1. Customers declare that all information provided is accurate and valid.
  2. Customers guarantee that funds used are not derived from illegal activities.
  3. Customers acknowledge and understand the risks associated with crypto asset trading.

Obligations and Responsibilities

  1. Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  2. PT Aset Kripto Internasional is responsible for providing a secure platform in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. Customers must comply with all applicable rules and policies.

Customer Data Updates

  1. Customers must update account information if changes occur.
  2. PT Aset Kripto Internasional may request periodic data updates for security purposes.

Trading Activities

  1. Sell/Buy: consumers can trade Crypto Assets through the platform interface.

Spot Exchange

This feature is used to trade assets easily and securely. To trade, make sure you are logged in with an account that has passed KYC. Also, make sure you have successfully deposited and transferred funds from your wallet balance to your exchange balance.

  • Guide to buying crypto assets with crypto pairing
    To trade assets, decide what you want to buy. For example, here we use the BTC/USDT pair.
    1. To access the trading page, select the Trading menu, then click the Spot Trading submenu.
    2. Select the pair you want to trade by clicking the corresponding button.
    3. Select the Orders tab, then click the Buy toggle.
    4. Select the order type by clicking on the dropdown menu. You can choose from Limit, Market, Stop Limit, Stop Market, Take Profit Limit, Take Profit Market, Trailing Stop Market, TWAP, and OCO.
    5. In the Limit type, enter the price you want for the trade. Also enter the amount you want to buy, then click the Buy button.
    6. If successful, a pop-up notification will appear stating that you have successfully completed the trade.
    7. Once successful, your order will appear in the Open Orders tab.
    8. If your order does not match any sellers and you want to cancel your order, you can cancel the order by clicking the x button or using the dropdown menu. Cancel at the top right of the Open Order tab.
    9. If your order matches a seller with a 100% fill rate, your order will be successful and moved to your trade history.
    10. All orders you have placed, whether successful or canceled, will be recorded in the Order History tab.
  • Guide to selling crypto assets with crypto pairing
    To sell assets, specify the assets you want to sell. For example, here we use the BTC/USDT pair.
    1. To access the Spot Exchange page, select the Trading menu, then click the Spot Trading submenu.
    2. Select the pair you want to trade.
    3. Select the Orders tab, click the Sell toggle.
    4. Select the order type by clicking on the dropdown menu. You can choose from Limit, Market, Stop Limit, Stop Market, Take Profit Limit, Take Profit Market, Trailing Stop Market, TWAP, and OCO.
    5. In the Limit type, enter the price you want for the trade. Also enter the amount you want to sell, then click the Buy button.
    6. If successful, a pop-up notification will appear stating that you have successfully executed the trade.
    7. Once successful, your order will appear in the Open Orders tab.
    8. If your order does not match any sellers and you want to cancel your order, you can cancel the order by clicking the x button or the Cancel dropdown in the upper right corner of the Open Order tab.
    9. If your order matches a seller with a 100% fill rate, your order will be successful and moved to your trade history.
    10. All orders you have placed, whether successful or canceled, will be recorded in the Order History tab.
  • Guide to buying crypto assets with Rupiah pairing
    To trade assets, decide what you want to buy. For example, here we use the USDT/IDR pair.
    1. To access the Spot Exchange page, select the Trading menu, then click the Spot Trading submenu.
    2. Click the pair selection button. Select the ‘IDR’ tab and choose the desired pair.
    3. Select the Orders tab, then click the Buy toggle.

  • Guide to selling assets with Rupiah pairing
    To trade assets, determine the assets you want to sell. For example, here we use the USDT/IDR pair.
    1. To access the Spot Exchange page, select the Trading menu, then click the Spot Trading submenu. The screen shown below will appear.
    2. Click the pair selection button. Select the “IDR” tab and choose the desired pair.
    3. Select the Orders tab, then click the Sell toggle.
    4. Select the order type by clicking on the dropdown menu. You can choose from Limit, Market, Stop Limit, Stop Market, Take Profit Limit, Take Profit Market, Trailing Stop Market, TWAP, and OCO.

  1. Deposit: consumers can deposit funds into their accounts according to the established procedures.

Deposit in Indonesian Rupiah

  • Guide to depositing Rupiah
    The IDR Deposit feature is specifically for depositing Rupiah currency. To deposit Rupiah, follow these steps.
    1. Click the Wallet menu, select the Deposit IDR / Deposit IDR submenu. You will then be redirected to the IDR deposit page.
    2. Enter the deposit amount you want.
    3. Click the Send button.
    4. Then, on the right side of the screen, a link will appear to complete the payment. Click Pay Now. You will also receive a notification sent via WhatsApp along with the payment link.
    5. You will be directed to the Xendit Checkout page. Select your preferred payment method.
    6. The system will then display the virtual account number used for payment. You can follow the payment instructions as shown on the screen.
    7. If the payment is successful, the payment status will automatically be updated to successful. You will also receive a WhatsApp message and email regarding the transaction details.
    8. The transaction history list will appear in the gridview, complete with Time, Amount/Status, Payment Method, Bank/Account, and Action.
    9. The delivery process can be completed within 24 hours. Orders can be canceled before that time by clicking the Cancel button, and if the time limit is exceeded, the status will automatically expire.

    1. Move the cursor to Payment Methods in the grid view. Then click on it and a pop-up window will appear showing How to Pay.
    2. Payment instructions can be accessed by clicking on Payment Methods and the system will display a pop-up window showing how to pay.

Crypto Asset Deposits

  • Guide to Depositing Crypto Assets
    The Deposit feature is specifically for depositing digital assets in the form of coins. Follow these steps.
    1. Click the Wallet menu, select Deposit.
    2. Select the coin you want to deposit by clicking the dropdown menu.
    3. After you select the coin to deposit, the Deposit Address will appear.
    4. To make a deposit, you can click the Copy Address button, or click the QR Code button, and a QR code for your address will appear, which can be scanned using your mobile device.
    5. If the deposit is successful, it will appear in the History Table.
    6. You will also get an email and SMS confirmation that the fund is transferred to your account.

3. Withdrawal: consumers can withdraw funds after fulfilling the verification requirements.

Withdrawal in Indonesian Rupiah

  • Guide to withdrawing Rupiah
    1. Go to the Wallet Menu, then select IDR withdrawal.
    2. Then fill in the IDR amount and the destination bank account address.
    3. You will be charged a transfer fee and tax.
    4. Enter the OTP sent via the WhatsApp application, which will be sent to the phone number you registered through the WhatsApp application. If you do not have the WhatsApp application, you can resend the OTP via SMS.
    5. Next, enter your Google authenticator code.
    6. If the withdrawal amount exceeds IDR 15,000,000.00 or USD 1,000, the system will display a form where users must fill in the source of funds, upload supporting documents in the form of photos, name and address, then click the Send button.
    7. You will receive a notification email stating that the withdrawn balance will be received at the specified address, including the deduction of shipping costs and taxes.

Crypto Asset Withdrawal

  • Guide to Withdrawals in the Form of Digital Assets
    1. Select the Wallet menu, then click Withdraw.
    2. Select the coin you want to withdraw by clicking the dropdown menu.
    3. Next, enter the amount to be withdrawn and fill in the destination address, then click the Send button.
    4. If the withdrawal amount exceeds USD 1,000, the system will display a form where users must fill in the source of funds, upload supporting documents in the form of photos, name, and address.
    5. Click the Send button.
    6. The system displays a menu for verification via WhatsApp OTP or SMS OTP.
    7. The Google Authenticator OTP pop-up will then appear. Users enter the registered Google Authenticator OTP.
    8. Then a pop-up appears stating that the request has been successfully sent, and the system sends a withdrawal confirmation notification to the user's email.
    9. Users check their email from BTSE Indonesia, then click the link and the page will redirect to a page with a success message.
    10. The system will update the wallet balances in user accounts when the withdrawal status is successful.

4. Sending Crypto Assets to Other Wallets: Consumers can send Crypto Assets to external wallets by following the verification and security procedures.
5. Other Activities: Any other activities are only permitted after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Transaction Fees and Withdrawal Limits

  1. Trading fees will be charged for each sale/purchase according to the rates determined by PT Aset Kripto Internasional.
  2. PT Aset Kripto Internasional sets minimum and maximum limits on permitted fund withdrawals, depending on the consumer's verification level.

    2. Consumers are required to activate account security measures to protect their funds and personal information.

Resolution of Cryptocurrency Customer Disputes

    1. In the event of a dispute between the parties in the conduct of trading in Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets, resolution shall first be sought through deliberation to reach consensus between the parties within the time limit as stipulated in the agreement between the parties or the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
    2. In the event that consensus as referred to in point 1 cannot be reached, the disputing parties may resolve the dispute through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the Digital Financial Asset Exchange within the time limit as stipulated in the agreement between the parties and/or the rules and regulations of the Futures Exchange or the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
    3. In the event that consensus as referred to in point 2 cannot be reached, the disputing parties may settle the dispute through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or the District Court in accordance with the choice of dispute resolution forum stipulated in the agreement between the parties.

Force Majeure

    1. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, riots, or technical disruptions beyond our control, PT Aset Kripto Internasional is not responsible for any losses incurred by consumers.
    2. PT Aset Kripto Internasional will endeavor to restore services as soon as possible after the force majeure conditions have ended.

Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Programs

    1. PPT Aset Kripto Internasional implements an APU/PPT program to prevent suspicious trading or trading related to terrorist activities.
    2. Any suspicious trading will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

Communication of Terms and Conditions in the Event that Digital Financial Asset Traders, including Crypto Asset Traders, Take Positions for Themselves

    1. If PT Aset Kripto Internasional conducts trading for internal purposes, this information will be disclosed to consumers.
    2. Transparency regarding this matter will be maintained to avoid conflicts of interest.

Schedule Downtime

    1. PT Aset Kripto Internasional will perform periodic maintenance or other activities that may require system downtime.
    2. Notifications regarding scheduled downtime will be provided to consumers via email or the official btse.id platform at least 24 hours before the activity begins.
    3. Scheduled downtime includes maintenance, system updates, delisting of crypto assets, or other activities necessary to maintain the stability and security of the platform.
